A weekly program that strengthens the five core capabilities every child needs to thrive.
Composure, decision-making, connection, growth mindset, and boundaries & digital autonomy— rooted in Internal Intelligence, because these capabilities aren’t fixed traits. They’re skills every child can grow.
For ages 4–12. A capability build for an expanding world.
As children grow, their world naturally gets bigger. They move into larger classrooms, new friend groups, and independent digital spaces. These are exciting milestones — but they also mean every child has to handle a lot more information, peer choices, and distractions on their own.
STARt grows your child’s Internal Intelligence before their world expands. We don’t wait for the environment to change; we strengthen their capabilities today, so they can keep their focus, handle new social circles with ease, and stand firmly on their own two feet as they gain independence.
A shared set of tools for the home
New habits stick best when the whole family uses the same language. STARt is designed for parents and children to learn together. You’ll explore the exact same concepts and tools at the same time, making it easy to bring them into your daily routines as a team. No heavy jargon or complicated theories. Just practical tools that keep your family moving forward.
What will your child learn?
They will learn core life capabilities across 5 key areas:
Calm & Focus
We help children stay steady under pressure, pause before reacting, and handle daily challenges independently.
Decision Making
We sharpen clear thinking, giving children the tools to weigh options, make smart choices, and take responsibility for the outcome.
Skills of Connection
We teach connection and collaboration, growing the relational intelligence for children to navigate group dynamics and positively influence a group.
Growth Mindset
We foster a growth mindset, unlocking a child's mental agility to learn from mistakes, adapt to feedback, and turn setbacks into progress.
Boundaries & Digital Autonomy
Teaching children that they own their bodies, have the right to personal space, and can confidently give or withhold consent. Empowering children to govern their online behaviour, protect their personal privacy, and make smart, independent choices on screens.

Age Groups & Program Level
Our weekly program, with levels that build step by step. Spongie (Ages 4–5) Clayie (Ages 6–7) Diamond (Ages 8–12)
How Classes Are Conducted
Learning is entirely activity-based, interactive, and designed around a positive learning experience. When children are engaged and having fun, their brains naturally absorb and retain skills much better. We bring these capabilities to life through:
- Story sharing and video discussions
- Creative games and role-play
- Puppets (specially designed for our younger learners)
The Parent Partnership
Supporting your child's learning journey and reinforcing their acquired skills require your active participation. That's why our program includes:
Monthly Parents' Class: Online sessions to equip you with practical ways to make these new skills stick at home.
10-Minute Home Activities: Quick, fun moments to do together after class to help these new habits build naturally
Personal Connection: We look closely at how your child interacts in class, then chat with you directly to support them together.
