Every child deserves to feel confident and in control of their own body. My Body is My Buddy gives children — both boys and girls — the knowledge and confidence to understand their boundaries, recognize when something feels wrong, and know exactly what to do about it. These are capabilities every child benefits from having, early and clearly.

Designed for children aged 5–9.
How Classes Are Conducted
Classes are fun, interactive, and activity-based — story sharing, creative games, movie discussions, and role play keep children engaged while they build these skills.
Program Length
A 3-hour workshop for children.
The Parent Partnership
These conversations shouldn't stop after one class. That's why we include a Parents Briefing session (1.5 hours, online) — giving you the knowledge and tools to keep the conversation open and ongoing at home, so your child's safety stays part of everyday life, not just a single lesson.
